I am a coach, teacher and therapist based in Leeds.

I am passionate about helping you to make positive changes so that you can get more from your life.

I have a background in computing within the Finance section which has assisted me in developing my analytical skills.

I have also worked for Barnardos.

I offer group workshops and courses to assist you in your personal development.

I can offer you coaching to assist you in enhancing your skills eg Confidence, Sports, Presentation and Interview skills.

I use my analytical skills and intuition in order to ask you the right questions to help you to obtain more information about your issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have been CRB checked and I am happy to work with both adults and children.
